Doug Van Dusen, the owner of VanDusen Physical Therapy for the past 10 years, is a seasoned expert in the field of physical therapy and wellness. With a passion for helping others, Doug has expanded his clinic into the Van Dusen Wellness side, where he now leads full-body fitness classes. Drawing on years of research and hands-on experience, he creates each exercise himself, ensuring they are both effective and tailored to meet the unique needs of every participant. Known for his big presence and even bigger heart, Doug is dedicated to improving the lives of others. When he's not helping clients reach their wellness goals, he enjoys playing golf and immersing himself in his work, always striving to make a lasting impact.

Ian Harvey

Ian Harvey is a dynamic and passionate trainer at VanDusen Wellness, bringing a unique blend of energy, expertise, and a deep love for sports and fitness. At just 22 years old, Ian has been around physical therapy since he was a kid, growing up alongside his uncle Doug Van Dusen's clinic. With four years of hands-on experience working under Doug, Ian has developed a strong understanding of the importance of proper form and technique in every exercise. An athlete at heart, Ian has been involved in sports his entire life, including golf, wrestling, and football, which has fueled his passion for fitness and helping others reach their full potential. Outside the gym, Ian is an outdoor enthusiast who loves backpacking, surfing, and embarking on new adventures. Known for his fun, lighthearted personality, Ian keeps his clients laughing while challenging them to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Ian’s goal is to make every session both enjoyable and effective, ensuring you improve your form and your results.

Traci VanDusen

Traci Van Dusen is the backbone of the VanDusen Physical Wellness business, keeping things running smoothly for over 10 years. As Doug Van Dusen’s sister, Traci has been instrumental in ensuring the clinic’s success and is the go-to person when something needs to be done right. Known as the "magic behind the curtain," Traci is the silent force that drives the business forward. Though she's newer to training others, Traci is no stranger to physical fitness. With a seven-year stint in the Army and a background as a multi-sport athlete—excelling in softball and basketball in high school—she brings a wealth of experience and discipline to her classes. As the mother of trainer Ian Harvey, Traci has been part of the Van Dusen family business since day one. She's passionate about leading the fitness classes and even created her own 4 p.m. class, where she trains and works out alongside her clients. Tough on the outside but soft and caring on the inside, Traci knows how to get the job done while keeping things fun. She has a natural ability to make people laugh, but she also pushes them to achieve their goals. In her free time, Traci is an adventure lover, with hiking and traveling—especially to Hawaii—being her top passions. Whether it’s in the gym or on the trail, Traci’s positive energy and dedication shine through.

Kendall Pearson

Kendall Pearson is a dedicated and passionate trainer at The Wellness Side, bringing nearly four years of experience working as a scribe at Van Dusen Physical Therapy. With a love for adventure and the great outdoors, Kendall enjoys activities such as horseback riding, hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. Her passion for health and physical activity drives her to help her clients achieve their wellness goals, ensuring that each one leaves feeling better than when they walked in. Kendall’s approach to training is rooted in kindness, care, and a genuine desire to see others thrive. She creates a welcoming and positive environment for everyone she works with, consistently making sure they feel supported and encouraged. Along with her love for fitness, Kendall is also a talented photographer, capturing moments in nature and life that reflect her creativity and appreciation for the world around her. Whether through her training sessions or her photography, Kendall’s compassion and positive energy shine, making her a joy to work with and a true asset to The Wellness Side team.
